-Remote Options for Diagnostics & Repair that allow you to get your problems fixed right away without having to wait for a tech to come to you.
-If further testing or extensive repair is necessary, you have the option of allowing us to come and Pickup your equipment.
-If you prefer we will send a technician to you for Onsite Services.
-Every technician comes with the whole team behind them. No tech works alone at Miracle-PC ensuring that you get the best possible service!
-Call us anytime day or night. We always have a tech on call!
-We offer services as needed but we also offer Continuous support and Prevention plans.

A. One of the most important aspects of making a decision on what computer repair company you choose is Trust. When you are talking about someone who will possibly be in your home and could have access to all of your most personal details, you need to know you can trust them. If you have a limited knowledge of computers, it can be very easy to get taken advantage of. You need to know that the person working on your computer is going to give you advice based on what is the best and most economical solution for your particular computer problem. You also want to know that the technician working on your computer is going to do whatever they can to really fix your problems. So in your hunt for a good IT & Computer Services Company, choose a company you can TRUST!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. There are many simple things that you can do to keep your computer up and running smoothly. Having a good virus protection program and performing routine clean up and malware scans are a great way to start!

A. Our customers should first answer these questions before seeking services: What issues am I having?, Can I fix the issues my self?, What am I willing to pay?, Is my system worth fixing?, What am I looking for from my Computer Technicians?
