Hired on Thumbtack

When I made my initial appointment I wasn't sure acupuncture was going to help with my issue (nerve damage issues in my arm) - but Gigi was able to schedule me straight away and the results from my initial treatment were astonishing. Now I have added acupuncture to my regular schedule. All the staff at the Dova Center are very helpful and pleasant and I've opted to start seeing a massage therapist at that location as well.

I have been having some issues with sciatica pain. Gigi was able to get this under control with acupuncture, Still seeing her and know that I will be back to 100%. I found that she really listens to what you are telling her. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with pain.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that you are are getting acupuncture from a licensed acupuncurist who when to an acupuncture school. There are other practitioners who say they offer acupuncture but have limited training, such as 20-30 hours by video. An accredited, licensed school of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine averages about 4-5,000 hours of training!
