FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will depend on your individual needs. (For current tax pricing, see our website.) For ongoing services such as bookkeeping and advisory, most businesses choose to budget about 1-2% of top-line revenue towards keeping the finances in order. According to a Robert Half study, this is less than half the cost of hiring in house accounting staff.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free consultation to determine needs and wants. From there an Engagement Letter is signed and work commences at the agreed-upon frequency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of West Florida in 2003 and worked as a Staff Accountant for small to medium-sized businesses until 2014 when I founded Incline Accounting.
