Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I put myself in my buyer's and seller's shoes - what kind of service and communication would I want? No matter your price point, I will work just as hard for you as I would anyone else. My buyers have thanked me for my diligence and for my willingness to talk things through and help problem solve and troubleshoot. I have a business partner so there is always a person for you to talk to - you are never alone throughout a purchase or home sale. My business is primarily referral based, so I spend more time with my clients. I have relationships with different vendors and can assist in finding the right electrician, contractor, sprinkler guy, and more!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I enjoy meeting new people, seeing new homes, the challenge of getting a good price and negotiating a deal. I love knowing that I help buyers find THAT house that makes them happy! I thrive on knowing that in staying in constant communication with my buyers and sellers that the choice to buy, counter an offer, move forward or look elsewhere is all up to my client and at the end of the day, the transaction has been fun and enjoyable and I have made a new acquaintance or friend.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Q. What is it like to be a realtor right now?
A. I enjoy being a realtor, especially in this market. Its a challenge - yes, but I get to work with people and ferrett out the diamond in the rough and the market in Denver is, in fact, not that bad. There are only approximately 3-4 months of inventory depending on your price range and location preferences.
Q. How do you differentiate yourself?
A. I spend time to communicate and set expectations. I try to anticipate and troubleshoot potential issues with my clients before they happen. I have professional photos taken and a property website for each home I have on the market. I send market updates to my clients showing them what the market is doing in their neighborhood to help them understand how things are moving and what we can do to stand out.
