I have a business partner so there is always a person for you to talk to - you are never alone throughout a purchase or home sale. My business is primarily referral based, so I spend more time with my clients. I have relationships with different vendors and can assist in finding the right electrician, contractor, sprinkler guy, and more! I enjoy meeting new people, seeing new homes, the challenge of getting a good price and negotiating a deal. I love knowing that I help buyers find THAT house that makes them happy! I thrive on knowing that in staying in constant communication with my buyers and sellers that the choice to buy, counter an offer, move forward or look elsewhere is all up to my client and at the end of the day, the transaction has been fun and enjoyable and I have made a new acquaintance or friend.
