- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on hourly. We charge $85.00 an hour + materials. We do not upcharge materials what we pay is what you pay. There is a 1 hour Minimum on all work performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will be in contact with the customer by phone to get a general Idea of what work is needed. if further investigation needs to happen we will set up a time to meet with the customer to either complete work or get a better estimate for the customer to be properly advised on what the charges will be for the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the handyman business since 2016. Our company currently works for 4 major property management companies in the Denver metro area. Our scale of work is as follows: light plumbing, light electrical, painting, drywall work, landscaping, trash removal, appliance installation, general handyman work, as well as cabinet installation and custom cabinet manufacturing. Ask what work you need we will be honest on what we can perform.
