I started working out with Danielle at Elite Fitness Studio when I was training for my first Half Marathon. I knew strength training was an important component to help with my overall performance and decided I needed help in this department as I’d never really done any strength training before. What I did not really imagine & expect, was the whole body transformation that took place as a result of working with her. For the first time in my life I actually have muscles & I love every minute of it! Through Danielle’s expertise, she continues to challenge my growth, and as a result I am starting to get some good definition in my arms and legs. (My husband has noticed as well & likes the new ‘non-squishy’ feel of them) Everyday things that I previously needed help with I can do on my own now. I have more energy - I look better - and I feel great since working with Danielle! I cannot imagine Elite Fitness not being a part of my fitness lifestyle. Thank you Danielle!

I've been working out with Danielle for 2 months now. She is an excellent personal trainer with a great work ethic. I feel challenged and accountable - the two main reasons for seeking a personal trainer. Not only does she provide a wonderful workout, but she helps me come up with a schedule for the rest of the week while working on my own. Money and time well spent!

I have known Danielle for a few years as a friend and was finally smart enough to start training with her last spring. I'm a runner at heart but after 20 years things just don't work the same. I also had two children and some body changes. It's been excellent. I have incresed strength in all areas and managed to cross train and build my endurance and speed even more. I finally did my first triathlon last fall and felt strong in every leg. She is motivating, innovative, positive and encouraging! I love my sessions with her and catching her classes at the rec. She is great for training, weight management, body changes and mental health.
