We had a clog and called out Sure Drain. Jason was very professional and answered all my questions. While we renovated our home and needed plumbing help, I knew exactly who to call. Jason gave us advice on which toilet would be best and then installed it. When my husband decided to re-do the plumbing in our house, we knew that Jason would be the right man for the job. I called to have my water heater replaced and Jason was very courteous over the phone. We scheduled service that evening and he arrived on time. He was done in about an hour and a half and was very professional in every way. He even asked if we'd like him to take his shoes off! The bill was a few dollars LESS than what he quoted us over the phone ($750 including the water heater)! He told us he also does drain cleaning and so we had him fix a slow shower drain in our master bath. He squeezed in time to take care of that on the same visit even though it was late at night and for only an extra $55! Professional, courteous, and more than fair prices, Jason's Sure Drain is the only plumbing company we'll ever call.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My prices are very competitive and I can usually give you a quote right over the phone so you have the ability to shop around without having to wait for someone to show up to your home.
With strong professional customer service skills, I can explain plumbing problems in simple to understand terms for you to better understand your options.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I like making customers happy. You don't call a plumber when everything's going fine. When you need me you need me fast and without additional hassles and headaches. I like to bring that assurance to my customers. I also get a lot of satisfaction out seeing a job done well. At the end of each project I get to really see something completed. I like that.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I wish customers knew that they don't have to pay an arm and leg for quality, professional plumbing and drain service. Many of the "Big Boys" out there are charging three to four times what I charge. I don't see how they're still in business or how they sleep at night...

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. I would suggest them to place being dedicated to pleasing customers before dollars. My customers don't need salesmen, they need a PLUMBER. Forget about the up-sale and the fast buck and focus on an honest days work for an honest days pay. This use to be a proud and noble profession, and I feel it's my job to help bring that back.
