- What types of customers have you worked with?
1. Virus Removals - customers are commonly coming to me with infected computers, most frequently "Scareware" that (falsely) alerts the user that their computer is infected and that the only way to ride themselves of the virus is to enter their credit card information. DO NOT ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!! I'm very proficient in removing these types of annoyances. 2. Computer is slow - I'm able to improve the performance of even the oldest systems by adding inexpensive upgrades such as RAM, or simply by suggesting the use of a less intensive anti-virus program (Norton and McAfee are notorious resource hogs) and eliminating startup programs that cause the computer to run slowly from the get go. 3. Data Recovery - when computers crash, hard drives fail, etc., I'm commonly asked to both assist in the purchase of a replacement computer and to transfer files and settings from the old hard drive/computer to the new one. Make sure you don't lose any of your valuable photos, videos or songs when something goes wrong. 4. Anything else - there is no computer problem I won't attempt to fix for you, big or small, and will provide nothing but honest advice and service that I would give to a friend or family member.
