We offer catering with an "ol West flair" in our authentic chuckwagon with Western decorations. Your food is cooked right at your venue on the chuckwagon, with home cooked side dishes with real flavor.
We offer everything, from pancake breakfasts to grilled steak dinners — smoker for hog roast, best tasting brisket and pork you have never eaten, with Western decorations to enhance your event.
No event is too large for the Trail Boss. We have been cooking in Kansas, Colorado and Wyoming (cooked for wagon train in Oregon) for over 30 years, and have been winning awards at contests (when we have time). So, give us a call for your next event. Make it a memorable one with delicious food and a feeling of the ol’ West with fun and delicious food and a meal you and your guests will be talking about for a long time.

I have used the Trail Boss Company for company events and have been most pleased with the delicious food, the great customer service and the overall completeness of this company. They do what they say they will do and with extra finishings! Our guests have always loved their food and all the western decorations to make our events memorable for everyone in attendance. We highly recommend them for any time of event or party. They are great cooks and fun epeople to work with.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Fun, family, groups who enjoy the outdoors and love good food. People who want something memorable for their event with good food and a fun environment.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Meet face to face (if at all possible), to get a feeling of that person/company/organization. Ask for references and make sure you call them.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We have authentic chuckwagon that we cook on. We have western decorations, we dress western. We want our guests to feel that western hospitality with our food and our friendly service. We use "real" food, no fat free, de-calf...only real butter, milk, sugar....Delicious food like we all crave.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Making people feel good about their event, loving the food they are eating. Hospitality and that accomplishment of a great event that will make many memories for everyone who attended or created the event.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Do you make your own food? Yes! Do we customize our menu to work with our clients? YES!
