Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Most of my projects are basement finishes, kitchen remodels, bath remodels,additions, whole house remodels, and new homes. We also do a lot of concrete remove and replace, and excavation.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. A lot of consumers merely look at price, and a contractor can shoot an estimated price on any project in the beginning. As a consumer, I think you should have a plan in place and spec sheet in order to provide good estimates and get the product that you want. Sometimes the low price is just that, to low to get what you want. Remodel projects generally cost a lot to get started and if, in the end, you do not get what you wanted you have waisted your time and money.
Having a good plan in place, at the start, is the key, to a great finished product. Every detail should be worked out before the start, and perfected as the project continues.

A. Question: When do we start?
Answer: As soon as we have plans finalized and contract signed.
Questions: When will you be ready for carpet.
Answer: There is an order to the construction process and carpet is @ the end of that order.
