Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Who is the cheapest inspector? Inspectors all look at the same things right? Every inspector is different and comes with strong points (experience) and weak points (limited experience). You may save $50 by choosing a cheaper inspector and he could miss $5,000 in problems. Usually, the best inspectors are not the cheapest, the more experienced inspectors cost more. If you want to save money, possibly thousands, then don't choose the cheapest inspector. A-Tec Builders is a full time inspection company and will serve you for years to come.
