Do your feet hurt? Is the pain limiting you from living your life to the fullest? Sometimes the pain can be structural (muscles out of balance, joints out of alignment, etc.), and sometimes it can be your body's way of letting you know there are imbalances happening elsewhere in the body. As a reflexologist, I can't diagnose, but I can work as an ambassador of goodwill to your body (on your behalf) to break up energetic and musculoskeletal congestion so that you can experience more ease and joy.
I offer reflexology that is honoring of mind, body and spirit. I relish the opportunity to take care of all of you by working the reflex points on your feet, hands and ears. You'll walk away feeling the bliss of relaxation, and your body will have received the therapeutic and nurturing touch it so cries out for! Reflexology is a great addition to whatever you're already doing to maintain and improve your health.
I also offer access bars which is a light-touch energy modality performed on the head (see my website for more information). When applicable, I also enjoy adding aromatherapy and crystals into my healing work.
And if you prefer a full-body massage, Swedish, deep tissue, or sports, I can do that, too!

Erin & Eartheric Touch are simply amazing!
I've had many sessions with Erin and each time have had a super sweet experience.
She brings so much more to the table than just massage. She brings a level of presence that allows her to be with your body in a deep way.
She is caring and nurturing and very talented!
If you have a change to play with Erin- do it!

A. There are many bodyworkers to choose from. Let your body be the judge of which modalities it would like to receive, when, and from whom. It's rare that one practitioner would be able to fulfill your every need, so find someone who is willing to refer out when her/his skills don't match what your body requires.
A. When contemplating receiving any type of bodywork while under the care of a medical professional, please be sure to get approval from your doctor before your first session. This will prevent you from hearing the disappointing words, "I'm sorry, I need your doctor's approval before I can work with you."
