Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Get a couple of bids and look for the person that make you feel easy with them in your home. That person is the person that will respect your place as if it were theirs.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. A person that is in my trade should always try to educate you on the things that will help you save money in the future. The key things are maintance on your utilities in the home.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. There is no right questions! It all comes down to the options that the service professional provides. This allows the consumer to make a good decision about the work to be done on the basis of knowledge and not just feelings. My job is to give them the best option at different values so they can make the choice that is right for their budget and their needs.
