Alfred Corona helped me unravel the mysteries of my Dell PC when it began to run slowly. He installed more memory in it and that's something I've wanted to do for two years now! He knows both the hardware and the software side of things. He also walked me through my new Droid apps so I can use my new Droid much more successfully. He has a great, professional way about him and instills lots of confidence in his abilities. We had a plan in place before he arrived at my office, based on phone and email correspondence. When he got here we went through the list one-by-one, and dealt with all of them in record time. So far we've worked together on-site just once, and I will definitely use him again when the time comes. He's excellent and I have recommended him to everyone at my real estate office.

Alfred is very friendly, outgoing, knowlegeable and helpful - a rare find these day for a IT Tech. He showed up on time, and stayed in the home until the job on the desktop was done. Then he followed up as the job was much more complicated then expected...Great job Al!
