We are also New London County's first licensed CrossFit affiliate, introducing CrossFit training to the area as early as November 2007.
Our variety of programs are unmatched in the region in regards to safety, efficiency, efficacy, and intensity. At SECT CrossFit, you will learn to move your body, not machines, and you will be coached throughout your entire session.
