Introduction: Greetings! It's great to "meet" you! I am a certified bartender, and have been bartending the past 7 years. I have worked in a country club restaurant, as well as doing private parties for clients. I bring my experience, friendly attitude, desire to make your event a success, and of course my tools to every client's engagement. Along with my tools, I bring other items that give your event an extra special touch (such as chalkboard signs that list what a special drink is), and often candy for children if there will be little ones at the event. I can even make mocktails for children if desired, so they don't feel "left out." I've bartended for birthday parties, cocktail and holiday functions, as well as fundraisers. Bartending by Ro brings exceptional service!!

I have hired Roquita for my functions i have had at my house and outside venues with a population that has spanned from 25 to 200 people and she was just phenomenal as a bar-tender;Roquita was personable, enterntaining,responsible and extremely creative. She also exhibits bar etiquette; and her style and flair add to the trade. I would recommend her highly and wouid definately use her again.

Roquita was hired as a bartender for our wedding reception. Throughout the process she remained creative and extremely accommodating. It was great to have the guests come up to the bar and get their drinks! She was able to provide delicious alternatives for those who requested non-alcoholic drinks. Roquita was on time, pleasant, down-to-earth yet professional at all times. Perfect for a grown and mature setting.

Roquita bartended my daughter sweet 16 party for 100 guest and her services were outstanding. She created a very friendly and fun environment for my guest. She was everything we were looking for. My system is not complicated. It mainly depends on the number of hours, guest count, and location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always talk with you beforehand about the details of your event. Information about your guests, the location, timing are examples of questions I always ask in advance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides being trained to receive my certification, I am always researching the latest drinks and techniques, as well as trying out different cocktails when out and about.
