We hired Nick and Fitzgerald's Fine Catering to cater our wedding on June 13, 2015. Nick gave us a dream day - amazingly easy to work with, the exact menu we requested, and food that's to die for. People specifically mentioned to me how much they loved the food (and if you've ever been to a wedding, you know the food is usually less than memorable). Cooked on site, the food was perfectly fresh - exactly like a home-cooked meal. Nick is able to cook pretty much anything you can dream up for your wedding - none of this "Pick 1 from this column, two from this column etc" nonsense. We gave him our dream menu and he made it happen. Nick was super easy to work with- by far the easiest part of planning our wedding day was our caterer. Also a perk- His staff was super friendly, always with a genuine smile on their faces. At one point, my husband and I stopped to say thanks to everyone working in the kitchen, and my husband commented on how much he loved the mac & cheese from one of our appetizers (mac and cheese with pulled pork on top). During dinner, one of the ladies from the kitchen actually came out and came up to our table and told my husband there was leftover mac & cheese, would he like some with dinner- that alone speaks volumes to the type of staff Nick employs. Hands down - we will always remember the amazing food from our wedding, and Fitzgerald's will be the first cater we go to for future events!

Nicholas and his staff deserves a big round of applause! Our guests are still raving about the delicious food and outstanding service Fitzgerald's Fine Catering provided for a fun garden party celebrating our son's graduation from high school. Their knowledge and expertise helped to make our event a great success!!!

All pricing is per guest. The variables are menu, type of service and length of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required to continually re-certify for food safety and TIPS certification, but personally I watch food network. I guess I can't leave work at the office.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up watching my Dad run the business and enjoy sharing the lives of his clients as they celebrated the weddings, birthdays and babies!
