- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly studying different techniques and reading up on some of the latest and greatest technology related to photography. Not to mention my ever growing knowledge with post production software like Photoshop and Lightroom.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell in love with photography when I was about 9 or 10. My mother was a housekeeper for the local college in our rural community in Virginia. Sometimes, when college students would leave to go home, they give things they didn't want anymore to the housekeepers. My mom was given a Kodak camera and she came home with it along with a roll of film. I've been shooting ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly, I provide photography services for parties and events like weddings, banquets, etc. I also do family portraits and the occasional model portfolio update. I recently started shooting senior portraits.
