A lot of individuals are enticed by the idea of knowing more about the spiritual world by reading shamanism manuscripts and alchemy books. While reading these certain type of novels, one can't help but marvel with the illustration's renaissance feel and timeless allure, a style that Robert Place can easily vivify in his creative drawings.
I am an illustrator and a writer. Although I have illustrated posters, book covers, advertisements, and logos for many people, mostly I illustrate my own work. I have written books on shamanism, alchemy, magic, and divination for academic publishers and illustrated my own books. I am best known for the Tarot decks that I have designed and for my books on Tarot, particularly as the designer of The Alchemical Tarot and the author of The Tarot: History, Symbolism, and Divination, which the American Library Association said may be the best book ever written on the subject.
Apart from Astrology illustrations, he is also available for company projects that require a romantic antique quality of graphics.
Most of the illustration jobs that I am offered are related to astrology or the Tarot, but I can draw anything. I have designed posters for craft shows, festivals, and for political campaigns. I have illustrated a publication of Dracula, and a fairytale book. I have done logos for TV shows, ad agencies, and for manufacturers.
