Jean Millien

Introduction: My name is Jean Millien, and I am a graduate of Porter & Chester Institute Computer Network and Technology program. I have more than 2 years experience as an IT technician and hardware repairman. I am very passionate about the IT field. I'm currently an IT technician at Smartsource Inc. I was a PC technician that assisted with installing PCs throughout the New Haven School District. I do peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, switches, and video boards. I setup online connection, install antivirus software, Microsoft Office, and Ethernet networks. I provide onsite technical support and report issues to lead technician for further support.
