- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on either the discription left on thumbtack or by visual estimate done on site/premises of move. On site estates make for more accurate pricing. Sometimes, but not often, descriptions left on thumbtack are subject to change or vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process involves; initial contact, scheduling a date for estimate, terms and agreement, scheduling date for move, and wrapping things up in a safe and professional manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience involves 3 years of on hand training and an additional 2 years of managing a small moving service.
