Introduction: My work stands out from my competitors because I first take the time to get to know each of my clients rather I meet them face to face or communicate via telephone, text, or e-mail and for that reason, it is never about business, but about having a completely satisfied customer. My clients get to know me as well. In my everyday life, I consistently go out of my way to make someone elses day and when planning a vacation for my clients I go above and beyond to make their travel experience a delightful and unforgettable one. I will tell anyone it is more important to gain a relationship with a client, not make money. When you have a true passion for what you do, it's not just a job, but a way of living your daily life. What I like most about my job is being able to book someone's vacation and upon them returning receive that phone call that they had a great time and will be calling me back to book their next vacation and also the client asking if it's okay to give their friends and relatives my contact information. That's a great feeling!
