What makes us who we are is the passion for what we do, insistence on quality of product used, knowledge of market, originality, experience, and “on-site” final preparation of as many menu items as absolutely possible.
Our goal is to present a finished product at optimum time and temperature so that it can be fully enjoyed by our customers and their guests. We shop, prep, and final prepare all our dishes, with that goal in mind. Our menu is unique, satisfying, and real.

A. Convenience. The preparation it takes getting a meal ready is much more than you might think.

A. I like to get on a personal level with every customer so together we can create an event that will be memorable to all friends and family who attended. My goal is to put a smile on everyones face. What better a way to do it with real,good food
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Preparing and cooking food for people that they really enjoyed has always put a smile on my face, it never gets old for me.Every meal I prepare is a chance to make people smile.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Are you sure you don't mind? No. I go to any length to make your event the best we can. This is your event and there is no reason at all you should not be able to sit back,relax,and enjoy it with your friends and family
Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.
A. I do not charge hourly. I charge per person,food wise. However if you wish to have a more formal event,like a seated dinner,or an event where I would provide a bartender for your guests. They can be provided,paid hourly on top of my per person cost.
