FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know who you are dealing with! Are you dealing directly with the person who will perform at your event? Is that guaranteed by contract? Or are you simply choosing from a list of DJs that company XYZ has at the present time? Will those DJs still be working for company XYZ when your wedding date gets here? Ask for referrals: They are a fantastic tool and a great way to check for consistency. Talk to several people who have used a DJ. Request a package from Fun Factory DJs and (3) CURRENT referrals are ALWAYS included with phone number and email. Personality! DJs come in all shapes and sizes. Some are timid, some energetic. Be sure that you like the personality of your DJ. After all, it is the personality that will make him/her choose music and interact with the crowd. Professionalism! A company that doesn't return phone calls or isn't forthcoming with contracts and/or pricing is bad news. Stay away. And never forget: "Big print gives, small print takes away" - take the time to read through the small print. It may contain some hidden charges! Our contracts have no small print - what you see is what you get. Our price is all inclusive for a specified number of hours, additional hours are predetermined. After all, you want to have fun and not have to negotiate with the DJ in the middle of the party!
