It is hard to find a person like Leo these days. Besides the work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality, which are the only criteria that Thumbtack offers to pick only three to rate a pro. These are not enough to rate a person like Leo. Leo has more important characteristics to offer most importantly ethics and honesty! I had a leaking problem in the apartment after rainy events, which I always thought originated from the exterior bricks. Last year I got a technician who did the exterior brick repointing, which was believed to be the root cause of the problem, but, unfortunately, it failed to prevent the leak from happening again, and it left me disappointed. Having this problem continuing, I decided to post here in Thumbtack, and Leo has responded and offered to come for a consultation. He came right on time and inspected the brick sides of the roof. He identified where the water is coming from, which was in a different area than what we expected. He said, it is a very easy fix, and he does not feel that we have to pay for it (!). He offered to fix it on the spot, and he refused to take any money!!! I tried hard to pay him at least to cover his 45 minutes trip to come, but he strongly refused. It was a simple fix, which he knew where the source is by looking, and he still does not believe we have to pay for that!!! I would not know the extent of the problem, and he could not even tell me how complex or simple it is, and he could easily turn it into a project, and I would pay whatever he asks me to repair it! His working ethics and honesty were obvious and impressive. He told me that this is how he typically works and told me a story about another project that he also knew how to fix in 5-10 minutes, and saved the owner about $20K to replace the porch according to another quote they got for that!!! He told me he feels the people, and he believes in this as a way of life!!! I am writing this after two rain events that have passed and his solution turned out to be the best I ever had and no single drop was observed!!! It is hard to find a professional like Leo, I would definitely consider him in any future projects and will highly recommend him for being the expert who knows how to solve problems efficiently and he is a person to trust. Thanks Leo for your perfect help, and many many thanks for teaching me a valuable lesson on how to be a better person. I learned a lot from you Leo!!!

Very responsive and came to our home for estimate. He spent the time needed for us to understand the plan overall and made us comfortable with his ideas. We were unsure exactly what we wanted but glad we decided to use Leo and his team. Without money in mind, the work was excellent and professional. You will not regret it. Pricing is important to almost everyone and they did well to try and stay within our budget.
