I'm not the cheapest inspector, but I'm certainly not the most expensive. I stand by my Google Ratings. I have over 120 5-Star Ratings. I provide a detailed report with photos in less than 48 hrs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give my clients a good general idea of the process both on the phone and again at the site. I provide the most comprehensive, transparent, and educational home inspection experience possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 50+ years of repairs on homes including my parent's antique home on Nantucket, my own homes, and my rental properties. I was certified and licensed with hundreds of hours of training and continue to exceed the minimum requirements to stay licensed.
