A. We are a owner / operated business. We provide a personal service. We also offer a free drop-off service with locations in CT, MA & RI. CTBBB with an A+ rating

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We enjoy helping people preserve their family memories. The history of the family that was captured so long ago on the old 16mm, 8mm & super 8 film, 35mm slides and video tape and to be able to preserve that history is so important.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. They ask if we are in a home or a office, we tell them we have an office in the center of town. Customers also want to know that the work is done on sight or is it sent out, we let them know all work is performed in our office.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I was doing this as a hobby, in 2003 when I got let go from my job I decided to turn my hobby into a business.
