- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since no two jobs are ever the same, we calculate each one based on the specific details of your project, Our prices always include material, labor, taxes, permit, and disposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an in person meeting to evaluate the project and your specific needs or wants. We then prepare an estimate, typically on the spot but if additional information is needed then you will receive the estimate via email within 48 hours. If you choose to move forward with the proposal you have the option to accept the contract and make the deposit online or schedule another in person meeting to review the details and sign the contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have installation certifications from multiple roofing and siding manufactures as well as 25 years experience in home improvement.
