I create custom programs that incorporate strength training, flexibility and weight loss. I use a variety of methods to obtain the perfect balance for each client. I am certified in National Association of Sports Medicine, Barre, Pilates and Yoga.
I enjoy working one on one with people to help them feel better about themselves. I enjoy helping my clients reach their wellness goals and have fun doing it.

Wendy is the most amazing and inspiring teacher. I took her barre class and although exhausted, I always left happy and energized. I would highly recommend Wendy as an instructor and an inspiration.

I am a complete beginner to yoga and I hired Wendy based on a friend’s recommendation. My goals were to learn the basics of a yoga practice and improve my flexibility. Wendy is a great teacher! She has a deep knowledge of yoga, but also Pilates and strength training so she incorporated that into my session. She is patient and really accommodated to my personal limitations (lack of flexibility, hip and knee issues) and my goals. I felt great after each session and with Wendy’s encouragement, have begun my own home yoga program. I would definitely recommend her.”

Wendy's yoga classes are top notch. She has a knack for assessing the energy of the class and adjusts the tempo accordingly. She gives individual attention to each student in every class. The result is that her students develop a powerful mind/body connection and leave the session feeling rejuvenated.
