Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Do your research, find designs and sites that you like and don't like so you can show your designer some samples before you meet with them. It is very difficult to start with a very vague concept. Most customers have no idea what they want, but if we can get a general idea of your likes/dislikes, it makes communication flow so much better.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What is the end product? What file types will I get? Will I get the original files?
