- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is relative to the work. I offer hourly and/or estimated project-based cost. Every job is different, so a standard pricing approach isn't suitable for this type of work. I always do my best to find a solution for your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation to get to know customer's wants and needs. Then I offer suggestions, both with design and budget, to help the customer frame their project ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in the trade for many years, learning from some of the best in the business. Electrician, trade school, plumbing, etc; in addition to a 3 year apprenticeship. I also have a B.A. and M.B.A. in business and economics.
