Chef Larry Landsberg has been cooking gourmet meals for more than 30 years. Over the years, he has learned the cuisines of many cultures and, today, creates elegant and delicious meals from around the world. He is a personal chef and the owner of The Shoreline Chef LLC. He is a member of the United States Personal Chef Association and is also a ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager.

Some of Chef Larry's cooking highlights are a paella party on the beach of a vacation island without water or electricity, the infamous potluck bouillabaisse parties, rowdy outdoor clambakes, a bridal shower for a very important New York official, huge Oktoberfest parties, countless nights cooking at a friend's five-star restaurant on Cape Cod, and an intimate dinner cooked for a Massachusetts politician.
Currently, he is chef for the GOTCHEF gourmet food truck serving delicious gourmet meals to go at the Milford, CT, train station.
Last year, Chef Larry was the winner of the Literacy Center of Milford's wine and food tasting "Best in Show". Chef Larry is a member of the The Milford Rotary and The Connecticut Alliance for Business Opportunities and Core 100 business networking group.

I have had the fortune for having meals prepared by The Shoreline Chef several times. I can attest to his friendliness, efficiency, and the food was absolutely delicious. His presentation is beautiful, and the wines he suggested the hosts serve was perfect!
When you have Larry do your next dinner party, make sure you ask him to serve his Hot Eggplant Salad on the antipasto bar- it is my favorite! Yum!
But regardless of what you choose to be served, rest assured that the food, presentation, and interaction with guests will be top-notch. Chef Larry is the best!

A. I most enjoy creating and cooking private dinner parties. I will consult with you to determine the theme of your party and then develop a delicious menu. I will help prepare your table, shop for the best ingredients available, prepare your meal, serve your guests, clean-up and leave you to enjoy your party and guests.
I also will prepare meals for you to serve your family. I will interview you to develop a family profile to understand the likes and dislikes of your family. Then I will work with you to plan a week or 2 weeks worth of meals. I will shop for the best ingredients and either prepare the meals in your home or in a certified commercial kitchen. Meals will be packaged appropriately with serving instructions. You can serve your family a delicious healthy meal in less than 10 minutes. Best ingredients, cooked professionally by a passionate gourmet chef who is also a ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager.

A. Can I afford your services? The answer is yes. If I am cooking family meals for you the time savings is huge. Many of my clients save 10-15 hours per week. If you are eating out 2 or 3 nights per week you will actually be saving money. My meals are much healthier that restaurant food and you can usually have a meal on the table within 20 minutes. All and all you will save time, save money, and eat healthier, plus my food is delicious, just ask any of my many clients
A. What other events have you catered.
1. I recently catered a large holiday party for a banking executive for 150 people in her home. The event was so successful that the next day the executive called to schedule The Shoreline Chef for next years event....The only I will do differently is have 3 bartenders !!!!!!
2. Among the most memorable parties last years were two 50th birthday parties. Both were for wine lovers and a menu was developed by my sous-chef and sommolier to compliment their favorite wines.... Unbelievable food, exquisite wines, and a great time had by all.
