I most enjoy creating and cooking private dinner parties. I will consult with you to determine the theme of your party and then develop a delicious menu. I will help prepare your table, shop for the best ingredients available, prepare your meal, serve your guests, clean-up and leave you to enjoy your party and guests. I also will prepare meals for you to serve your family. I will interview you to develop a family profile to understand the likes and dislikes of your family. Then I will work with you to plan a week or 2 weeks worth of meals. I will shop for the best ingredients and either prepare the meals in your home or in a certified commercial kitchen. Meals will be packaged appropriately with serving instructions. You can serve your family a delicious healthy meal in less than 10 minutes. Best ingredients, cooked professionally by a passionate gourmet chef who is also a ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager. I also will provide catering service for functions up to 150 guests
