Mark Demers came to our home to straighten out a problem with our Apple network. Mark impressed me with his extensive knowledge as well as his ability to use work-arounds to get everything in the network working together. He arrived on time, did everything that was asked of him, and was very patient with me, the distressed network owner. We've had different people working on our Macs and network for many years, and Mark is the best one we've ever found.

Mark purchased me a new laptop. He took mine to transfer all information from the old laptop to the new one and came back the very next day. After he installed it he throughly explained everything. He stayed and answered all my questions. When he left he told me to call him anytime with any questions I might have. Mark is extremely nice, patient and very knowledgable.
