We are very consistent, show up on time, and assign two cleaners so that the same people are cleaning your home every time. Making customers say, "Wow! I didn't know my house could look this great!"

As far as professionalism in the office, this service is a clumsy atrocity of a business. Upon receiving a call back (after I had to leave a second message), I had to inform them that I had made arrangements with another cleaning service, for cleaning last Thursday. However, they sounded nice and asked me to give them a call if it did not work out. ... Sure enough, the other service called Wednesday night to try to reschedule, although I had already made arrangements to be there for Thursday... Needless to say, I called "Belle Home Housecleaning" right away to try to get an appointment. Upon speaking to the woman who was scheduling me, I was informed that 2 ladies would come out on Friday at noon, if that worked for me. I thanked her and was very grateful. ....Friday came around, and sure enough, 12PM came... with no call or ring at the buzzer. 12:15 came, 12:20 came, and then I called them to ensure that they weren't lost, as I was worried that I was about to lose another day in the field. When I spoke to the lady on phone (a different lady than I originally spoke to) I was informed that because of where I lived, 2 ladies would be required, whom they did not have available.... which apparently causes them to "Take your name off of the board." I would be able to understand this, had I been told initially (two days in advance), or in any other situation with two days notice. However, I DIDN'T RECEIVE 2 DAYS NOTICE I DIDN'T RECEIVE 1 DAY NOTICE I DIDN'T RECEIVE NOTICE ON THE MORNING OF I COULDN'T SPEAK TO KAREN, THE OWNER (The "gatekeeper" refused) THERE IS NO REASON why a customer should EVER have to call a product or service provider who has canceled a service or shipment UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES short of a natural disaster. If other people are having luck with them, then that's awesome, good for them, however, after everything that happened with them last week, I believe that they are having their friends sign up to "Yelp" to give them positive reviews, though I only have my personal experience as evidence. NOTE: It is my experience from having moved for over 30 years domestically and abroad, in defense of our nation, that anyone with access to your personal residence, and the belongings in it... who also display poor discipline and lack of professionalism, are prone to leave you in situations in which you are disappointed by service, and also wondering where some of your belongings are. Hence, I will not make any further attempts to hire "Belle Home Housecleaning". I am NOT saying that they would perpetrate a property theft, but if someone would steal your valuable time... then do they respect you enough, not to steal your belongings? Do they respect you enough to provide good service? I'm not a Guinea Pig. So, I refuse to find out. Good Luck on your search everyone!!! :-)

We never cleaned this person's home or did any business with him, due to his palpable anger over the phone. After taking the initial cleaning order, the manager simply did not feel safe sending two cleaning ladies to his home. We attempted to call him back, in advance, to let him know that we had to pass on taking his cleaning job, but the number on file did not answer and did not go to voicemail - he had flatly refused to give us his email at the time of the original call, stating that he did not trust us to have his email (?!) so we had no way to reach him. We are an upstanding firm in business since 2005, and proud of our staff of 20 cleaners who perform wonderfully detailed (and award-winning!) service every day. Their safety is paramount to us. We wish this fellow the best of luck finding someone willing to work with him.

Jay, that is exactly what they do. Especially Victoria in the office. She does not return people phone call or follow up but when confronted she said that they did return the call but no one answered. I guess they don't want our business. Therefore I'm moving on to another company.
