- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most complicated pricing is when you are working on more than one project for a homeowner. For example, You want your Bathroom Rip out and it needs to be updated. Depending on the style of tiles , faucets , bathtub, vanity, sink etc. will reflect the price. If you want simple than the price will be simple. If you want High end the price will be high end. Labor cost are Labor cost. If you pick out 2x2 tiles but your contract price calls for 5 x 8 this will be more money because the time to install smaller tiles will take alot longer. Or if you are dworking on an addition to a home. And your contract price is based on white siding but you want ocean blue! The cost to install the siding will be the same but the cost for ocean blue is double the price of basic white. The simpler the project the easier the pricing, more complicated a project is , the complicated the pricing can be but not always.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get 3 estimates we may not be the cheapest but we do quality work and supply references. Have an idea of what you are looking to do, set up a budget of what you can afford. And always ask lots of questions.
