Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work stands out because of my unique approach to web design. I ask questions like "Who are your best customers? How old are they? What are their social habits?" and "What are you really selling? How do you communicate with and engage the community currently? How can you serve better?" I never talk about technology, most business owners don't care, they just want the phone to ring.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. What I like most is being able to help other business owners figure out how to use the internet as a tool to market their businesses. It's exciting to see so many different kinds of businesses and learn the ins and outs of so many different industries.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Most customers ask "Does it really take 60 - 90 days to do a website?" My answer is yes, if you are thorough and careful and do the research needed and make sure all the details are covered. There is also the fact that we are busy at Antelope Networks and have a lot of work going on.
