Fast response and he is GREAT with communication. Very professional. Price was reasonable. Perhaps it's because he came on the hottest day of the year (which I appreciated), or perhaps because my window was old, but I wasn't completely happy with the results. He gouged out the wood frame to remove the glass, he did a moderately sloppy job with the caulk, and he didn't really clean up afterwards. It wasn't a bad job, but it wasn't 5 stars.
