Our Wii died over Christmas break. The system said that it couldn't read the disc. I found Greg on Thumbtack with a quick Google search for "Wii repair New Haven CT". He was very quick to respond and diagnose the problem (shot laser), picked the system up at my house and had it repaired days ahead of when he promised. I'd totally use him again! Thanks Greg!

I dropped my PS3 off to this guy Greg on February 8. I received a call from him the next day stating that my Yellow Light of Death on my PS3 was fixed. I picked it up and the thing was running GREAT and it was clean. Thats what I call FAST service! Good Job GREG

Question and answer

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The thing that I like most about my job is that I get to repair video game consoles and troubleshoot them by playing the various games. This keeps me up to date with my craft by knowing the various games that are out there, but also I'm helping clients by fixing their problems.
