If I could rate Gavin a 100 I would. He is professional, quick to respond, punctual and a really nice guy. I had a low tire warning on my way to meet him - he met me at pick up address and filled my tire! Not once, but twice! Who does that? Very efficient and a careful loading and unloading patio furniture - truly seamless. I will not hesitate to use him again and refer my friends Thank you !!! ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡

SS Moving and Storage - the men who showed up did a great job. They were proficient and capable of moving. The reason I gave a lower rating is two things: 1) Communication about charges. When I called, I was clear that we just needed to move about 10 items off of our deck. I said it would be about an hour's worth of work and confirmed the price per hour. I was NOT informed that there was a 3 hour minimum, so when they showed up and told us that, I was really unhappy to not have been informed. 2) They were supposed to arrive at 9 AM. Just a couple of minutes before 9, I received a text saying they would be there at 10 AM. I had arranged with someone to come and pick up one of the items at 9:30 AM, and they were already on their way, so now I had to end up moving it myself. So if you need a 3+ hour move and you're flexible on time, I would use them. But I was very unhappy about the communication and felt like I was significantly overcharged for what I needed. A nice middle path would have been charging us for 2 hours because they showed up an hour late. I would have explored other options had I known about the minimum.
