- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial consultation is free. To price your project correctly, I'll need to know: What is the scope of your project? How involved do you want me to be? What's your budget for purchases? You can expect me to be fair and upfront about costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During an in-person consultation, I'll observe space and listen to what my client wants. I'll work to fit their budget, including my fee and what I'll be purchasing. As the job progresses I'll ask for feedback to make sure their vision is meeting expectations. I always strive to make the process fun and pleasant. Payment will be requested in stages, as the work is accomplished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Scenic Design at SUNY Purchase and graduated in Dramatic Studies. For twenty-five years I've practiced theater design, painted murals, and sold mine and others artwork. I managed two galleries, in Cambridge, MA and Greenwich, CT. I currently own an Online boutique, alittlewolf.com that offers eco-homegoods, body products and art. I've also been a student of Feng Shui for the past two decades, and it constantly amazes me with both it's predictable and unexpected gifts. This ancient discipline is the foundation I use to create balance, harmony and drama in the spaces I design.
