Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. You need to take the time to find the web designer who masters the details. Even the smallest website can be a great performer. That means that your website will have every design and interactive function in place, and your site can be found by the top search engines.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Achieving a brilliant business website is a collaborative effort. Your vision, your goals are included in creating a website that works for you. You get to choose how your website will look and it's your choice of how you want web visitors-- your potential customers to interact with the site (collect payments online, fill out a form, blog, etc).

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. When you're buying a car you wouldn't dream of making the purchase without a test drive! It's important to view other websites created by a web professional. Can you find them when you search the Internet? Can you tell what the business is through the website? Can you find how to contact the business through their website and if you can make a purchase online is it clear how to do this?

When I was a child I went on a test drive with my parents, the car broke down and we had to walk back to the dealership. Do you see any "break-downs" when you test the designer's sample sites?
