I have now been practicing yoga, strength training, breathing techniques, spiritual training, nutritional guidance, kettle bell workouts, and individualized training sessions based upon my specific needs and during each trimester of my pregnancy! I can say with gratitude that I have not had any pain, slept wonderfully, have energy and have been able to work full time throughout my pregnancy without any issues. My blood pressure has been within normal limits each time, babies health has been exceptional, all blood work has been normal and each pregnancy test has passed without any concerns.
