- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the type of cleaning you want done in your home and how dirty from a scale from 1-10 the place is. A smaller house that has not been cleaned properly in years could be a lot more dirty compared to a 3,000 square ft one that gets clean regularly. The smaller house could end up taking a lot more time then a bigger one due to it’s condition. However, this is not always the case. This can go either both ways. Prices don’t always depends on the square footage of a home, and I want my customers to understand that. They also depend on the the type of cleaning whether is a deep clean, regular, move in/out, post construction or other. I will provide my customers with a breakdown of the price of their cleaning so that they can further understand what they are paying for. I will be as transparent as my clients need me to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am very educated in the entrepreneurship industry and I’m currently finishing college in GBA and entrepreneurship. I have 7+ years of experience because I grew up in a family cleaning business that has 12+ years of experience and continues to thrive.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It is very important that you know the type of cleaning you are looking for and the things that cleaning includes, - which I will go over with you. Extra things from what your choice of cleaning includes are charged separately. It is also important that customers have an idea of how much they will be spending and to be conscious that the estimated price is just an estimate. Things can be better or worse then estimated at the time of the project.
