- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all-each client and I work it out in a brief conversation. I have a base price for services and go from there as needed/desired by the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They respond to a bid I've played on Thumbtack and we have a phone conversation about their event. We work out a game plan to suit their budget and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Good Lord,I never stop learning and growing as a musician. I have been studying baroque music theory and performance practice in Manhattan for the last 10 years--this right after going back to school at Bard College to finish my Classical Guitar performance degree. Last week I completed a teacher training in the Suzuki Method for young children at the University of Hartford, so now I am a registered Suzuki Guitar teacher.
