- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everyone's goals and needs are different, so we offer packages and programs for every budget. The price depends on the program, frequency of sessions and commitment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss goals, motivation and the struggles of the client, take an assessment of the clients fitness level and nutrition habits. Once having the knowledge of were we are starting and trying to go, we build a program. Each step we make sure the client understands what and why we are doing and why. It is also important that the client enjoys their program. Every 4 weeks we reassess and set new goals. 1 step at a time, one day at a time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team has a combination of the best certifications in the health and nutrition field. We have NASM, AFPA, TRX, Precision Nutrition and more. We are also CPR and AED certified.
