Ms. Kent is a certified tarot card reader. She has authored and published the "Investigating a Haunted Location" handbook, which is considered a must-have for ghost hunters of all experience levels. She has written for magazines including Llewellyn’s New World, Fate, and The Door Opener. Her first book, "Ghost Stories and Legends of Eastern Connecticut – Lore, Mysteries and Secrets Revealed", was published by History Press, Haunted America. It was the publisher’s no.1 seller for 2007, and was featured in the November 1, 2007 NY Times metro section article featuring Donna at the haunted Lighthouse Inn in CT.
Donna's newest and second book, "Ghost Stories and Legends of Southwestern Connecticut", has been featured on News Channel 12, The CT Post, The Stamford Advocate and The Wall Street Journal. Miss Kent has done book signings at Borders in Milford & Fairfield, CT, Barnes & Noble, Westport, CT, The Mystic Seaport, R.J. Ms. Kent has appeared on countless radio, news and television shows including but not limited to SyFy’s Sightings and Ghost Hunters, the Maury Povich Show, the ABC SPECIAL – "World’s Scariest Ghosts - Caught on Tape," and The Travel Channel's "Most Terrifying Places." Most recently Donna consulted for the new SyFy show "The Haunted Collector.' Miss Kent also makes a few appearances in the yet to be released "Micah Rood - The Legend Behind the Curse" as an expert on curses.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I have written guidebooks from personal experience on the topics of paranormal Investigation and ghost hunting on information I wished I had in print when I started out. For the beginner and seasoned researchers alike.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Check credentials and references. Go with your gut feeling and intuition - if it doesn't feel right, its not the right fit.
