I offer Vinyasa Power yoga and therapeutic Yin Yoga to groups and individuals. I have lots of experience working with chiropractors to support their healthcare objectives and offer quality care to their patients.
I specialize in back pain reduction and stress relief. My power students love the challenge and strength they get in Flow classes, while I have been successful in helping Yin students decrease pain and headaches.
I offer private yoga therapy on a sliding scale to patients who are professionally referred.
I am currently enrolled at CCMT to deepen my knowledge of physiology and pathology. I have training in both Yoga therapy and with Shiva Rea.
