    We contacted Gino when our toshiba laptop got a virus. Before contacting him we called norton since we had their antivirus program. Norton offered to take care of the problem for $100 flat even though we have been their long time customers. That seemed slightly high so we looked around and others wanted to charge based on the amount of time the work would take them. When we called Gino it all became simple, he had a flat rate for virus removal and it was lower than everyone else's, even norton's, we were impressed and went with him.
    Gino took care of the problem very quickly, and didn't charge us any extra even though the virus was complicated and had caused problems with the operating system of the computer.
    Since Gino wasn't home when we picked up the laptop I still had a few questions. I emailed him the next day and asked questions as to what the problem was and how he solved it. He went in detail answering all my questions and installed two new antivirus programs for us as well. He also answered my unrelated question about a recommendation for a school computer, he gave me a lot of information and even gave me a link to a specific laptop.
    Gino went far beyond what he was paid to do and we were very impressed, it was all done quickly and our toshiba is working great! I definitely recommend him to everyone and will return to him with any future computer problems!

    Gino was great! He came to my house, and was exceedingly diligent in trying to fix the problems with my laptop. He provided great, actionable advice too keep it running, and even upgraded my virus protection--for free! I would contact him anytime I experience problems!

    I was having a problem with my Dell computer this past Sunday so I contacted Gino from Epro. Gino originally set up my computer three years ago and transferred all my files to my new computer. He did a great job then, so when I was having problem now he was the only person I trusted to fix my computer. I brought my computer to his house Sunday afternoon. Gino informed me what the problem was and replaced my graphics card which was the problem. Gino gave a great service and very good pricing I would highly recommend Epro to anyone for all your computer needs.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Stay Local! There are many solutions out there for Computer Repair Services but they dont always have your best interests in mind. Stay away from the big box stores, they are expensive and the kid working on your computer doesnt own the business. The national "800" computer repair places are a half a country away from you...do you really want them "helping" you?

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Get educated. There are millions of pages of content on how your computer works available on the internet. Googling not your thing? Call a local computer repair shop and ask questions. We love to give advice!

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Make sure the place you bring your computer to actually fixes your problem on site and ask questions about the person that will actually be doing the work. Is it an 18 year old high school kid, or the person that actually owns the business?
