We called Ed in a panic because we had a virus in the computer. he came immediately. He resolved all of the problems, explained each step clearly in non tech language, gave recommendations to improve the computers performance. professional, informative, completed all the tasks within the initial quote on budget. We would give the highest recommendation.

Ed responded (and showed up) very quickly which was a huge plus. He is very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I think he solved our problem (too soon to tell) - and a few we didn't know we had - and also was able to advise us on how to upgrade our computers. Will definitely use him again.

Helped me avoid being taken by two Wifi firms that wanted to charge me $3k and $5k respectively for a problem that was solved by replacing an ethernet cord. I would provide 5 star if I had him install any of the solutions he mentioned but it didn't come down to that.
