Working w Darren and Dillon was so easy. Both are very responsive and eager to please. Pricing was perfect. I had a simple roof repair that Dillon fixed the morning after scoping out the issue. I was very pleased and will now have this team install gutter guards shortly. I highly recommend.

Previous review that I posted was a misunderstanding driven by an unknown medical situation on the part of the contractor. Thumbtack will not allow me to delete or amend this review. This review is meant to replace the previous review that is in error. Contractor remediated issues quickly once communication was re established

They came out and gave us an estimate within days of us inquiring a quote. There was no issues with communication. Any questions we had, they responded quickly. Did a great job on the roof and would use them again.

They did some roof repair initially but it caused a bigger leak due to another problem. They went above and beyond and came back a couple of times more to identify the problem and fix it - they also patched the ceiling for the damage caused by the leak. Strongly recommend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greeting them with a text, stating who I am and what is it that they are exactly looking to do. Giving them as much information as I can give them. Asking them questions about previous work that may have been done.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
That sometimes the cheapest price is not the best quality work. Just because someone offers you a cheaper price doesn’t mean they are doing the best work possible.
